Across campuses, students are robbed of their potential by the anxiety epidemic.
They wake up on an emotional razor’s edge just trying to manage & get by, rather than creating, learning, connecting and growing.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Through the S.H.R.I.N.K to G.R.O.W process, it is possible to build a healthy relationship with anxiety & discomfort that allows them to thrive, not merely survive.
Together, let’s equip students with the tools to unlock the potential that comes from embracing challenges and transforming them into fuel for their dreams.
About Andrea
Hi, I’m Dr. Andrea Moore!
I’m a mom, wife, speaker, business owner, and someone committed to embracing life’s journey. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to helping a diverse range of individuals to overcome anxiety and chronic pain. However, my own path was far from smooth. I spent years battling anxiety, depression, chronic pain & post concussive syndrome which significantly interfered with my quality of life.
My turning point came when I refused to let these challenges continue to shrink my life. Bring this plan into action wasn’t as simple as I had hoped. Despite receiving well-intentioned advice, I often felt stuck and frustrated, struggling to fill the gap between knowing what to do and making tangible progress. This experience fueled my passion to help students with anxiety navigate this same gap.
As I became a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Nutritional Therapist, Life Coach, and Somatic Practitioner my my focus has always been on supporting those who feel as I once did, guiding them to turn insights into action and reclaim their confidence, joy, and ability to fully experience life.

Can You Thrive with Anxiety? Unlocking the Secret to a Bigger, Fuller Life
Today's college students face mounting challenges with soaring anxiety rates, significantly hindering their academic potential and personal well-being. In this empowering keynote, I introduce my S.H.R.I.N.K. to G.R.O.W. process, offering compassionate guidance to help students shift from a life burdened by anxiety to one that is fulfilling and thriving.
Through practical strategies and actionable insights, students will learn how to meet themselves where they are, and then build resilience to embrace life with renewed confidence and purpose.

The Power of Discomfort: How Building Resilience Can Ease Anxiety
College life is full of challenges, but discomfort doesn’t have to be something to fear. This keynote shows students how to embrace discomfort as a sign of growth and align their actions with their core values—their true inner compass. By building emotional capacity and resilience, students will learn to navigate big emotions and understand that anxiety often tries to protect them from discomfort. As they develop the ability to face challenges head-on, anxiety's protective role becomes less necessary, allowing them to handle life's ups and downs with greater confidence.
Practical tools and insights will empower students to transform their relationship with anxiety, leading to a more fulfilling, value-driven life. Tailored to meet each campus’s needs, this talk equips students to embrace discomfort with confidence and resilience.

From Stuck to Success: An Interactive Guide to Moving Beyond Anxiety
In this interactive workshop, students will engage in the S.H.R.I.N.K. to G.R.O.W. process to tackle an area of life where they feel held back, whether it's applying for a job, completing a project, or starting a healthy habit. Through hands-on exercises and guided reflection, participants will gain practical strategies and a clear, actionable plan to move forward with renewed confidence.
By addressing anxiety and building resilience, students will leave equipped to expand their life and take meaningful steps towards their goals.
